Engagement & Deliverables
I had the opportunity to develop and implement an end-to-end process for managing security incidents in an international manufacturing company's production and R&D environment.
My responsibilities included developing and customizing process guidelines and templates, conducting the global rollout of the process, and providing training on the relevant procedures and templates. In addition, a standardized collaboration between the parties involved has been established to successfully leverage local and central competencies for effective management of relevant security incidents.
I was assigned to support a financial service provider in the conversion of accounts receivable management in an IT implementation in all facets and levels of project, program and project portfolio management. Especially the optimization and support in single projects up to program management and the management of PMOs were in the foreground.
In addition to the initial analysis and evaluation of the business processes and the customer's requirements for the outcome of the IT implementation, the focus was on coordination and communication with the department heads and other project teams.
The project's background was the testing of a newly developed telematics application for a direct insurance subsidiary of Allianz SE. In order to ensure iterative testing across the different development stages of the application, I was assigned to support the test management.
My tasks included defining a test strategy and a standardized test process for test case creation. In addition, I performed benchmarking testing, software-based (JIRA) functional testing, and defect management to ensure the desired outcome.

I am a banker, have a degree in business administration (M.Sc.) and have a wealth of practical experience. Value-oriented entrepreneur with multicultural mindset and problem-solving skills.
After graduating from high school, I gained valuable social experience as a community service worker. I then decided to do a banking apprenticeship as a career foundation.
During my studies in law and economics, I was able to gain initial practical project experience at Hilti (strategic marketing) and Deloitte (test management), coupled with two internships.
I was responsible for a whole year in multi-project management for different areas - risk management, verity management, accounts receivable management - of an IT implementation to stabilize the IT exchange.
I completed my Master's degree in Entrepreneurship (Ø1.3) with a one-year stay at Stellenbosch University, South Africa (Ø 1.1).
Thesis: Leveraging embedded factors of business ecosystems as potential drivers of business model innovation (1.0).
